Team Shevsache, led by Nataliya Shevchenko, is a financial coaching and consulting service designed specifically for international women living in Germany. The service focuses on empowering expat women to understand, manage, and optimise their personal finances in Germany — an area where the language barrier, cultural differences, and the complexity of the German financial system can create significant disadvantages.

Financial coaching sessions cover topics including understanding German taxes, managing a German bank account and credit profile, understanding pension rights and private pension supplements, insurance literacy, and building long-term financial security in Germany. The coaching approach is accessible, non-judgmental, and tailored to the client’s starting point — whether they are complete financial beginners or experienced professionals wanting to translate their knowledge into a German context.
