The Migrant Accelerator

The Migrant Accelerator is a programme and community supporting internationally-minded entrepreneurs and professionals who have migrated to Germany and are building businesses or advancing their careers in their new home country.

Starting or scaling a business in Germany as a migrant involves navigating a distinct set of challenges: understanding the nuanced legal and regulatory environment for businesses, building a client base without an established local network, communicating effectively with regional clients and partners, and accessing funding in a market with different investment norms than many migrants’ home countries.

The Migrant Accelerator provides structured support for migrant entrepreneurs through mentorship, business development workshops, peer learning cohorts, and introductions to investors, accelerators, and corporate partners within the German and European ecosystem. The programme is delivered in English, making it accessible to the broad multinational community of internationally born entrepreneurs.
