Grace Accelerator

Grace Accelerator is a Berlin-based programme supporting internationally-minded women in advancing their careers and entrepreneurial ambitions in Germany. The accelerator provides structured coaching, peer learning, and community to help internationally mobile women build the networks, confidence, and skills needed to succeed professionally in the German market.

Many internationally mobile women face a distinct set of career challenges in Germany: credential recognition difficulties, language barriers, reduced professional networks, and the ‘trailing partner’ dynamic when relocation is primarily driven by a partner’s career.
